Default Guardian question for you Bowtech Experts

I bought a used '07 Guardian off of AT forum. Can't wait to get it and try it out. The only problem is the bow has 50-60 lb limbs, and I prefer 60-70. So I figured I would just trade with someone or sell these and buy the 60-70's. Upon searching forums, I came across one post where they were saying that '07 and '08 limbs are different (have different deflections) and that was supposedly confirmed by Bowtech. I'm not quite sure what the deflection refers to. I didn't think anything changed on the Guardian except for the color of the bow and cams. So I emailed Bowtech and they said they are the same except color. So now I'm hearing two different things that were both supposedlyconfirmed by Bowtech reps.

So will '08 limbs work on the '07 Guardian? Can someone tell me what new limbs would costdirectly from a shop or Bowtech? With all of theTechieson this forum, is there anyone thatcan get these limbs and sell them for a good deal (send me a pm if you can't post it publicly). Also looking for trades if someone is interested. I think they are the MO Obsession.

Last question. I'm new to the whole Binary cam thing. Can someone inform me (orpost a link to info)how to adjustthese for cam lean and timing.Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

The only difference between the '07s and the '08s are the cam colors and which camo comes as the standard offering; MO Obsession is still available, so conceivably if you ordered your '08 in Obsession the absolute only difference would be the switch from silver cams to black cams.

BowTech does not sell direct to consumers, so your best bet wouldbe to go through your nearest authorized BowTech dealer.

There's really no way to "tune" anything to do with cam lean; I've owned three Guardians in the last two years, and it's never been an issue on any of mine whatsoever. We just had a pretty good discussion in the tech forum on tuning binaries a week or so ago on a thread started by HCA PA or something like that (forgive me for forgetting the actual initials before the PA aprt...)

Does anyone know if Commander limbs are exactly the same as Guardian limbs ('07 and '08)?

No, they each use different deflections to make the same poundage.
