I say the only difference is the camo color.

I haven't shot the 07 and have not heard any other differences accept for the camo color. The cams on the Diamond line was black from the beginning.

I have/had both. They are practically identical minus the difference in standard camo patterns and the camo cable guard rod....and the new In-Velvet finish.
