I love my WB. I only hunt with mine and I shoot blazers out of it, and it hasn't messed up a vane yet in two years.

Wait a minute.. wait just one minute.. is this a practical joke? It's not April Fools'.. I'm not dying am I?

How can it be that a WB thread has gone nearly 6 pages and theirs no product bashing..??

I'm confused. Maybe I'm on another website.. maybe I'm in some obscure Hitchcock suspense thriller..

I don't know. I just don't know.

Either way.. I'll play along.

My name is Mike and I use the WB.. and have for years now and love it still today as I did yesterday. This post I know is not a joke.

All you other posters.. I don't know man.. this is a little wierd. But thank you for your honest opinions without all the loyalty mumbo jumbo towards your own product which would cause a conflict of interest towards the heart felt Q which was so honestly asked. Word my brothers and sisters.. word.

(authors note.. i still think somethings up.)

Any problems with inaccuracy with the WB are basically negligible. I have one on my bow and at this point I don't think I would own another rest. I know a lot of people talk about the qad and other rests but if you lined two bows that were properly tuned and exactly the same in every way except for the rest I bet you would struggle to notice a difference. Maybe with target bows shooting lighter arrows the difference would be more pronounced but on a hunting setup shooting at hunting ranges I bet you couldn't tell them apart. I think a shooter's confidence in the rest is the biggest factor. I'm sure if you threw a QAD on my bow and had me shoot I wouldn't shoot nearly as good as with a WB because it's new, and different and unknown. Flip the situation and throw a WB on a QAD shooter's bow and i'm sure they wouldn't shoot at good because it's new, different and unknown. Some of the arguments about the whiskers retaining water and making noise are a little over blown as well. But basically if you like the WB shoot it, and if you don't like it shoot something you do like.

I've been using a WB for several years now, and have no plans on changing. Can't find a good enough reason to.

Default I like my Whisker Biscuit

I happen to like my WHISKER BISCUIT that I have mounted on my MATHEWS Switchback XT. I haven't had any problems with the biscuit what-so-ever, nor has it messed any of my fletches up on my arrows. If you are shootingwith a Whisker Biscuit rest let me remind you of something, you should be using 2" Vanes on ALL your arrows. The 2" vanes are more durable than the longer ones, therefore they hold up and wont warp or get distorted. Another good thing about the Whisker Biscuit rest is that you can hold your bow upside down, drop it, knock it up against a tree and the arrow will stay in place and NOT fall out like other rests. My groups (20-40 yds.) are basically the same everytime as well. Very good rest and I'm impressed.

Here is a good vane and/or Blazer for shooting through Whisker Biscuit rests, they are as tough and durable as any other brand.
