my dads got a browning compound in the basement that was one of their first models
hes also got a couple 25-30 year old recurves

I still have my first compond, A Indian Warhawk, Whoo Whee, now I feel real old

cool to see some are still shooting their old bows . sometimes i wish i kept my first love but i sold off , it was an old Bear bow that i bought back in the 80's

I will be hunting a bit with my ol Oneida Eagle that I shot my first buck with back in 1992.
Actually shot a doe before that but not sure of the year. My brother finally is letting me
have this bow back to hunt with and I sure will do pops proud for sure.

You know I said that too, until I saw a guy shoot one last year, bear whitetail, with the pulleys, and steel cables and all, and after seeing it in action and hear how loud it was, I am glad I sold it for half what I paid in 1988. Actually I traded it for a remote controlled car or something stupid like that.
