I do remember when Noel Feather got busted. Peak said he's going to look into it on the Wensels and find out for sure.

Peak, I think the hunter that "got caught" in IL in the 90's was Noel Feather. I've never heard anything about the Wensels breaking the law.

I did not cast a vote, because I would hunt with everybody on the list.
Like most of us, I have ones that I personally like more than others, but I would hunt with everybody listed.

When it seriously comes to bowhunting it really would be Tiffany?

The king was not on the list becauseI wanted it to be fair. With the addition to the king, I'd get faulty results, and my research would be crushed.

I just did as well and couldn't find anything either on the Wensels. I found lots of bad stuff on Noel Feather also. I do as well hope T finds the same results as we did!

I did some searching about the Wensels yesterday and much to my delight, I found nothing about them doing any Illegal hunting. I hope Tony finds the same results! All kinds of stuff on Noel Feather!

As for Noel Feather....I just googled his name and was amazed at some of the stuff I read!![
]What saddens me is that he was convicted by public opinion.....and the people who convicted him are nowhere close to the facts.
Heck, I read 3 statements from different sources that accused him of getting caught with video tapes in his truck of Noel poaching in Yellowstone National Park!!!!!
That event really did take place, but it was Don Lewis who did it, and was busted for it.
Noel did make a mistake by putting tags from a certain state on two bucks that he LEGALLY killed inhigh fenced ranch where no license was required. He forgot to procure a receipt from the ranch prior to leaving with the deer, and a family member who was fighting with Noel called him to let him know that the US Wildlife agents would be on him soon. That is whe Mr. Feather panicked and did a dumb thing by using unfilled tags from a current license to tag the deer that required no tags in the first place.
The event caused Noel to lose credibility in this industry, and that is a shame, because Noel Feather is a genuinely nice guy.

BHF, I cannot say that I know the Wensels, but I have talked to them in person a few times.
On each occasion, they were both the nicest, funniest guys you would ever hope to meet!
