Peak, I think the hunter that "got caught" in IL in the 90's was Noel Feather. I've never heard anything about the Wensels breaking the law.
I do remember when Noel Feather got busted. Peak said he's going to look into it on the Wensels and find out for sure.
I did some searching about the Wensels yesterday and much to my delight, I found nothing about them doing any Illegal hunting. I hope Tony finds the same results! All kinds of stuff on Noel Feather!
