If it makes you feel any better. I have the money right now to go buy a high-end bow, but don't really see a need to.

Forgot to mention...I love the size of the TomKat. Its a great treestand bow.

Default Bowtech TOMCAT

I just got one great bow on a budget your draw lenth can be measured by holding your arms straight out on both sides and measuring from the tip of your middle finger to tip of the other one and then divide by 2.5 that is how they did it at the bow shop

The TomKat truly is under rated.

Although I agree if you prefer quality accessories you might be better off buying the bare bow and adding your own goodies

To get your draw length measure your wing span and divide it by 2.5

Well I have had my TOMKAT for just over 2 weeks trust me if you can buy it bare that is the way to go. It came with a hostage rest. I have shot 300 or so arrows and the brushes are wore out. The sights are Toxonics they are pretty good but I have seen better But as for the bow it is very fast and has a smooth draw and shoots straight with very little noise and vibs. The bow was well worth the $269.00 I gave for it.
