The Discovery Channel is pretty neutral when it comes to hunting. My wife works there. They had a big blow up with PETA last year. Seems that PETA didn' t like a show that they did on " Animal Babies" . PETA came down to Bethesda to protest, and laid out dead dogs and cats on the sidewalk for everyone to see. The police finally took them out of there. Needless to say, this didn' t leave a great impression of PETA to Discovery. Might have even helped us out a bit.
I' ve seen that show on whitetails several times, and it' s really good and informative. If I could only convince my wife' s boss to give me my own hunting show, I' d be set!
