Another twist on burgers, mix 1/2 ground venison with 1/2 ground bratwurst then grill.

If you like the bacon trick try butterflying the strap open, marinate in your favorite be it italian dressing or whatever overnight, stuff the center with shrimp and garlic close up season outside wrap in bacon throw a few picks in it and cook on grill or in oven you won't regret it
