Broke one of the rods in my blind today

you usuallycan replace just one rod, I had to on mine last fall. I have the dominator blind not the choice but they should be the same. Take the center hub apart by taking the bolt out of the center. that should let you take out the individual rod. Call Tony at arrowsmith's archery shop 262-249-9933 he has the rods in stock and should be able to ship you one pretty cheap. I always keep a spare on hand just in case. BTW the rods arefiberglassI thinkso a torch probably won't do anything other that burn them.

Broke one of my rods 2 years ago.
Had to pay for them, whatever.
Part that pissed me off was that Ameristep took 3 weeks to send it to me. Somehow "forgot" my order??? How does that happen?

Go towalmart and get some back in the camping section. They should have some. The wind took my blind the other day anad took it across the field and into the woods, busted one set of rods, lucky I have some old tents that i dont use, the problem is they are 2 legnths too long, problem easilly solved though. It takes two people...Have one pull the amount of section you dont need from the rexisting rod, have him hold the elastic infront of where you want to cut it, cut and tie a couple knots in the elastic. Good as new. Most rod sections are usually 7-10 lengths. My blind lived to see another day.

Did you order from Double Bull or from Primos; Double Bull?
Called Primos; Double Bull to replace some of my rods and they wanted to charge me $16 for four poles.
ORIGINAL: Dubbya
That's pretty weak for sure. Double Bull didn't charge anything for my rods. I don't know that there is any way to truly fix it than replacing the rod.
