Thats true, Dan.....but the formr was enough to make me switch. The Viper Predator is MUCH brighter than the original Hunter Hogg it......and it's every bit the sight the Spot hogg is (maybe better;)). If I'm not mistaken.....it's also less expensive....which is a bonus. I have two of them, now.....and I've never been more pleased with a sight. I have a friend who's probably bought 3-4 of them by now....and he loves them, as well.

It's like Bruce said, I could aim with a sight in low light if there were no fiber optics. Anyone remember sights without them? Gee!! What did we do when we couldn't see that bright little dot!;)The Hogg It has No equal in my eyes and yes I agree Viper makes a good sight for the money, but it is no Hogg It and with the Wrap they fixed any brightness issues also.:D

Something youalways fail to understand is there are very few accessories I don't sell. I just priced a Viper sight to an HNI member the other day.

My opinions are based on years of use, selling accessories, setting them up, and dealing with the company.

It's not based on some affiliation as you seem to want to believe.

Like I said Viper, CJ, HHA,Spot Hogg all good sights (there are others also),but IMHO Spot Hogg has no equal.;)

Jeff, You just don't get it!! I buy my sights company direct!! I pay dealer. I don't get a special deal on Spot Hoggs, CJ's, HHAor Viper because I buy dealer anyway[8D]

I have HHA's on my Bows because I prefer single pin rear sliders, but for multi pin sights Spot Hogg is the standard IMHO. Not because of some affiliation as you want to believe:eek:

Gents it is 07:00 Central and time to head home thank you for the entertainment this morning.
