If my draw length is 29 inches what length arrow should i use?

Depends on your set-up. I usually give myself about an extra half inch past then end of my arrow rest. My arrows are cut about 1/2inch less than my draw length I believe.

From what I have researched for optimal arrow flight it should be 1 inch infront of the point at which the arrow contacts the arrow rest.

AMO would be 28 1/4 inches I think.
