Anyone know of any good websites that sell PSE cams? I know of http://www.eders.com but thats about it. And lets say I bought the Lightning Cam, would it come with the idler wheel too?

Once again I'd suggest your local pro shop. Ordinarily the cam is just the cam, no idler. You'll also need the correct string and cable etc.
