After boxing my brothera fewrounds this evening in my garage, he hit me with some bad news. Our honey hole sold last week, he met the new owner yesterday sounds like he hunts doesn't look good for us.

I am in a similar situation, my honey hole has a big ole for sale sign and the only thing in my favor is a sluggish economy. I lost a spot back in 2003 that had a 196" B&C typical taken nearby back in 2000 and one that looked bigger than that not to mention several 12 pointers in the 160-180 range. I now live a quarter mile from it and have to drive by every day on my way to work.
Sorry to hear about it and good luck finding another honey hole, they are getting harder and harder to find these days.

Sorry to hear that !!
It's getting tougher. We lost a goodarea this year also. I got lucky though. I still have permission for my honey hole (160 acres )from the same landowner. It is off by itself away fromthe bulk of his landandhis family over looks it. Walking access only might be another reason they overlook it.
He says I can hunt thatuntil they post it. Hoping to get a few more years out of it. Takena 160 and 149 class buck out of there.
A lot of land hereis changing hands now. Hate to see what it will be like 10 years from now. ND is finally catching up with the rest of the states. Get your check book out. [:'(]
Again... sorry to hear about you losing your spot.
