Uncleafr on what you mean, T ...can you explain? ...Do you mean you took 3 doe last year enabling you to take 3 bucks this year?

Like Schultzy said, it varies in MN. In the area I hunt I can take 7 deer per year, one of those being a buck.

in nj i think its like 5 or 6 bucks all season thats bow ,muzzy,shotgun ,and as many does as you can get and its 2 does per day ,our season runs from sep 5 till mid feb so thats a lot of meat in the freezer

1 buck regardless of weapon/season.

And as many does as I want to buy tags for at $6 a pop. They all won't be for the same unit, but one of the units I hunt I can buy as many as I'd like until it sells out. And it never sells out.

NH - your bascic license gets you 1 deer and each WMU has different restrictions weather you can shoot a Doe or how long Doe season is open. The northernmost section just started a antler minimum restriction to help bucks live longer by making a 4 point minimum.
You can buy the Archery license and that give you another deer, either sex for most of if not all of the state.
On top of the archery you can pay for the special archery, which is buck only, and has to be a minimum of 3" antler to be a legal buck.
Then in the Southeast section,where I am from, you can pay for a special antlerless permit.
So, 4 deer if the stars are aligned properly!!!

The unit I hunt here in Wisconsin I can take 1 buck with my bow and 1 buck with my gun. I also get 2 free antlerless tags, after that antlerless tags are $2.00 all day long!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Michigan with a NR combo license I can kill 2 deer! Sometime I also draw an antlerless tag seeing that Michigan wants my NR cash...$100.00 for just the tag!

The more I read, the more I'm liking my new lease in Hardemann County, Tennessee. Three bucks allowed during the season, and three does per day is allowed... no limits and no extra permits required. In Arkansas, I can take three deer, and in Missouri, it's three total combining bow and gun season. I'm kind of excited about this season.[8D]

In eastern Va you can kill 3 bucks and as many does as you see fit.
