RE: Tresspasser caught on trail cam
If only he had one of those cameras that emails or texts you the pictures when they are taken. he is very lucky he didn't take the camera too. If i caught somebody tresspassing, i would make a trade. I wouldn't file tresspassing charges, if he didn't file assault charges after i beat the living $#i+ out of him.

i think that its ridiculous that they a re trying to charge them with theft for the sheds. they don't own the deer or their antlers. as for the tresspassing i think they should should charge him.

The laws say you cannot ownwildlife. Sheds are no longer wildlife! Once dropped on the property it should be your property. Thats like saying that if a bird dropped a seed on your property and it grew into a tree the tree does not belong to you!I have sheds mounted to the outside of my cabin if someone took the sheds off my cabin is that stealing?

Being an out of state landowner has to be a trying ordeal, especially in a deer heavan state like Iowa.
Question:
Is it trespassing if the land isn't posted? Just being the devils advocate here.
