Also search the forums with the author being annika3, all topics, befor 1 year for the time frame and you will see every post he has ever made. You guys do the math from there, I'm sure he loves the Rage heads I just believe he is way more than a loyal customer with an opinion.

i saw some at cabelas the last time i was there a couple weeks ago. i stocked up on all my arrows, and broadheads a couple years ago, so i have a couple packs of them. im sure youll find them sooner or later;)

I'll give the bowtech guys credit at least your up front about who you are.

If you are that involved with these products,Rage, block etc wouldn't you announce it to everyone.

Oh for Pete's sake. For about 33 years I also didn't believe in reusing a head once I'd shot an animal with it. I figured why take a chance and just screwed on a new one and test fired it. When broadheads finally got up to $36 for 6 Thunderheads I started reusing them. Now I buy broadheads that are $35 for 3 so I definitely reuse them. I test fly them, put on new blades if they shoot good and put them back in the quiver. The only reason he might not say he doesn't work for Rage is, maybe he doesn't anymore or his roll is so small or company policy says YOU DON'T Represent us on forums etc. Coming as his recommendation from an individual would more than likely sway people less than it would as a company guy. The company line is replace the blades. He personnally feels you should put on a new head. At any rate. If you truly love this broadhead as much as GMMAT says I can't for the life of me figure out why you'd stop buying things because of what one whacko says on the internet as his own personnal feeling.

P.S. I do NOT work for Rage. Wait.... I don't even like them and don't use them.[8D]

I dunno, I'm second guessing myself now. I guess it really doesn't matter too terribly much.....SOMETHING was said though, that either verified it or made me believe it. Either way, I stopped "listening"...........

They do make replacement blades, I have some. In fact, if you take that practice head, you can change the blades out and have a perfectly functional, all be it blue, Rage 2 blade.

Like I said, anything companies can do to make you spend more money that you want, or intended to, that's what they will do.

And that's their purpose in life. To be profitable.... not loose money. It all falls back to buyer beware.

Didn't Rage hit the market in 2006? Blades were hard in to find last summer, meaning 2007? How many deer did people kill with them to " ruin" THAT many blades in such a short time period? Something smells here.
