Default Update on my struggle..

Ok, well, I had the cams checked to see if they were timed right, and they were. I had new serving put on the string to solve my d loop issue, I had them level my arrow on the rest, it was pointing down when I knockedthem. So it almost sits completely level, it's like 2 cinmemeters off from being level, but it shoots a bullet holethrough the paper. I had my peep moved and my kisser installed again, all bolts and screws were waxed and tightened. So everything is tight, tuned and on point. Now I will attempt to shoot it and sight it in tomorrow from a tree stand. I will let yall know what happens and hopefully I will write it with a smile!! Thanks to all those who gave me advice I will use it all tomorrow on the range and try to clear my head.

Good luck brother and let us know how it goes! Frustrating but satisfying when she's all tuned and shooting darts!

Thanks bloodcreek. I just got back from shooting from the new 18 ft ladder stand we got. I decided to wait until we got that up to really dial in my bow. I found myself a little shaky at first, always like this when I have not been in a tree for a while. well I took about 6 shots at 20 yds and was within 2" of the buulls eye everytime. Then I relaxed made some adjustments and hit bulls eye the next shot. I shot a few times at the block and hit pretty well, I tried to focus and look at the target like yall said and shoot, it worked. Im not saying it's perfect, but Im ok with it today. I then turned the block to the deer vitals and at 10, 15, 20 yds was grouping very well. I wanted to stay at short distances for a while to build up my confidence. I rarely shoot over 25 yds anyhow, so after I shoot a little more I will back up some... baby steps for me, baby steps.... I don't know why, but Im not good ar shooting dots, always better at deer vitals, is that strange???

Nope!! Allot of people can drill the 5 spots but can't hit a deer to save there you know what!! I quit shooting at targets with rings on them. Its not a numbers game. I practice on a regular deer target or sometimes just a piece of Styrofoam and just pick out little areas the size of a quarter and shoot. It works well for me anyway.

Yeh Schultzy I the same way, put a deer target in front of me and will hit the vitals every shot, now I may not hit the center of those vitals everytime, but I will hit the vitals everytime at least out to about 23 yds, then I start dropping my bow down before the arrow hits, this I need to work on!!!
