RE: What Do You Rattle With?
I use real antlers a 24" elk shed and deer shed combo. They come with me from the second week of sept. to the end of the season at least half the bucks that i've shot have been rattled in.

RE: What Do You Rattle With?
I like to use real antlers.I use 1- 130" and 1-100" I think this makes it sound like two different deer fighting. Now Im no expert on rattling but I have rattled in a few like this.

RE: What Do You Rattle With?
I've been using real antler sheds that I have, but they are a pain in the butt to bring in. I will most likely switch to a rattle bag this year. Plenty of deer get rattled in with them.

RE: What Do You Rattle With?
No rattling for me. I've scared more deer away than I've ever called in. [&o]

RE: What Do You Rattle With?
I don't hit it often but keep a rattle bag in my pack.

RE: What Do You Rattle With?
An 8 point shed and a small moose antler I picked up in AK. Gives me the high and low end of sound but takes upa lot of room in my pack. I've tried the rattle bag the past two years and just haven't gotten any responses. I'm not sure they respond well to rattling in this area anyway and don't do it much anymore. In other areas I've only had does and fawns come to the rattling.

RE: What Do You Rattle With?
If I know I'm gonna be rattling I carrya real set. But I usually have my rattle bag for those situations that pop up from time to time.

RE: What Do You Rattle With?
I dont rattle all that much, the buck to doe ratio is just too out of wack where i hunt, the deer dont resond too well to it. When i get the itch though, or get board, i use a set or real antlers.
