Nice one and sorry that it took 4 months to find but glad to see you found it. That is one thing that I like in MI where I hunt now instead of PA, I am hunting patches of wooded areas.After time, I can catch up to them if the shot wasn't the best. In PA, it is a different story. The woods go on and on and don't end and if you lose the blood, you're done at least in the areas that I hunt in MI and PA.

Same question duc, at any time, how close were you to him? Had you looked in the vicinity of where he ended up? Tell us more on the story of the search. It very well may help someone in that situation.

well done buddy, persistance paid off for you. Another thing that you can take from this... is that deer went to a bedding area he was comfortable with. There's a very good chance that he's not the only deer that beds in that area.
