Now that you mention it....Dubbya is just a straight beast and is holding thisdoe by a single leg usinga single gun of his. Now, if you can pick up Mobo like this during the summer GTG I might hand over a $100.....

I see you pulling down on that leg while trying to keep a straight, "I'm not pulling down on this doe's leg at the current moment" face.

I shot a big ole girl a couple years ago in the snow, and she wasn't my biggest ever, but the biggest I have a pic of. My biggest ever was actually one of the biggest deer I've ever seen, body-wise, and I'd bet she weighed close to 300# on hoof, HONEST TO GOD, unfortunately or maybe fortunately, I left her lay going to get help to drag her out and by the time I made it back to her, probably a 30minute trip, some JACKHOLES stole her. This doe was about 155-165 dressed.

As to that big ole doe, I owed her one, she blew me out mid-draw on a great 170-180 class buck, just as he was walking behind a big old oak, and getting ready to enter a shooting lane at only 18yds from my tree. I, obviously, never got that shot off on that big ole monster, and for that matter, never saw him again. She was the herd "matriarch," and I'd watched her "tend" her herd for 2 full season when she made a fateful mistake on that snowy morning when SHE was my prime target above all other deer in the woods since I had no buck tag. That morning hunt when I took her was probably my most memorable hunt, as I got to watch her bound 75 yds through the woods with a pink mist blowing out both sides of her to her death bed. I ended up with nearly 90# of meat off of her. [:-]

I've shot lots of 120-130lb dressed does. A couple years back in WI I shot a doe that absolutely dwarfed my other does. I didn't have a scale and I had to butcher both that night before they froze solid so I all have are these crummy, very unflattering photos.
My doe and my ex's normal sized doe in the back of my truck.

Jim with his doe (I'd guess his doe was at least 120 dressed) hanging next to my doe.

Me trying to stay warm and looking scary before having to cut a bunch of meat. (it was 5 degrees)

Finally here's a pic of my biggest doe for 2007. Not a huge doe but good sized and while she only went 50 yards after the shot, she did roll down into a ravine. A ravine nearly a mile from the truck. So shefelt like about 500lbs by time she was loaded up.
