I have an eliptical, and I use that for 30 mins. 4 times a week. Also, I use a Bow Fit at least 2 times a week.

I used to be a power lifter turned body builder and then just recreational workout guy, then I had children and I have not worked out in two years!! I feel terrible all the time, I just have no time to go to the gym, a 2.5 yr old and a 6 month old, too much to do!!

RUN TWICE A WEEK, SETUPS AND PUSH UPS 4-5 TIMES PER WEEK. I USED TO POWER LIFT IN HIGH SCHOOL AND COMPETED ON A TEAM. I'M IN BETTER SHAPE NOW WITH THE SIMPLE AND EASY PUSH UPS. THERE EASY, NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED AND YOU CAN DO THEM ANY WHERE.

RE: Workout

I hear ya WV, I racked my body in my 20s ... Bench pressing 380lbs at a body weight of 180 lbs, way too much weight for a man that size. Shoulder shrugging 600 lbs, and then I got into body building and the dieting of that killed me!! I went from 20% body fat as a power lifter to 5% as a body builder in less than 2 years!! one extreme to another..My body is hurting everyday, please tell all you know, do not power lift it is not a good thing for the body!!

RE: Workout

4-5 days a week of running and lifting, mainly to chase elk up steep slopes. It does help with the whitetail hunting but it's not too strenuous compared to my elk area.
