Mike do you know what make and model form that is? Just curious because you don't see many that have that degree of muscle definition even with the erly season capes.

Matt by the looks of it the taxidermist sanded the muscle detail more drastically than what the form actually was. the muscle detail in a form is more from looks. especially if you are mounting a late season deer because in a late season deer there should never be that much detail in a deer. even if the form shows that much detail.
No, he didnt do any sanding...im not sure what form he used, but i will find out

no disrespect on your mount but i would like to see what form he used. because most forms dont show that much definition on any deer

Nice looking mount. A lot of times that super high definition tones down with age. One of mine looked like he was ready for a body building contest and eventually smoothed out a bit, which I prefered.

Great mount Mike. Yeah, you can really get the details to show with those early season capes. The hair is so much shorter. They make a real slick looking mount.
