im like a little kid on Christmas when i get that phone call. when i get the one for my buck, i hope i aint doing anything important because if at all possible, i will be there in a flash. i aughta call him real soon...id like to see the form when he orders it and make sure i dont wanna have him modify it at all...from what i could tell, it was exzactly what i wanted...but he made the mistake of telling me he loves to modify forms and do his own thing....i told him what i wanted and we found just that in a catalog...also gotta get a ballpark date so i can order the plaque...i dont want it sitting around my house for a year...and im sure he dont want it sitting at his either...he said should be before May...then we were talking and he said he didnt get in nearly as many as he normally does...so it might be any time here....i aughta call look what you did Jeff! you got me all excited and wound up here...seems alot of guys got theirs back or are getting theirs back soon...me next?!?!?

Hunter--I hate being at work and seeing pics like that---I feel like telling my wife to excuse herself from work while I come over there like a crazed gorilla looking for his mate!!! LOL.

Mauser.....He was named that by me .....just because he was so much bigger (body-wise) than the other "deer" I was seeing. Yep....that's the one, though. I just hope (for the deer's sake) the mount shows how big of an animal he was (and I know it's not big to a lot of you guys....but to me and his cohorts he was a biggun).

I hope the mount is a tribute to him. He was an awesome animal.
