Need a tree stand

What is a good climbing tree stand to get? I would like to get the safest, easiest to set up and climb, and light weight. I'm not going to be able to buy multiple tree stands so I am looking to get 1 good one but not the most $$$$.

I would highly recommend a summit in the aluminium. safe ,durable , and the most comfortable stand i have used . worth the money. Don't buy a cheap one you will get what you pay for . I like them light as possible to carry in

Buy my Summit Bullet Backpacker (it's the Viper model that folds down flat). It's been in one tree one time.

$200 + shipping......wait.....I'll ship it to you for $200.

YES.....it's the aluminum (higher end) model. Ask these guys about them.

ORIGINAL: DropTine249

Go with a Summit, aluminum frame. Its going to run you around $300, but worth every last penny.

They are light, quiet to carry & set up. The platform is really quiet and of good size. They dont make alot of noise climbing, either.

If you have the cash, buy a Summit. Their customer service is second to none, in my opinion/experience.
Their website sells it for $149.00, whatcha talkin' bout Willis?

I haven't used it yet, but I just got my Equalizer stand. Very impressed with the quality. I have owned a Summit also and they are good quality, and had a Lone Wolf sit and climb, also very high quality but the most in $$$.

that price it has to be steel, good stand just heavier.
I got my summit Razor that the front bar swings out of the way for 175 used. it was an older guy that used it once and then realized a climber wasn't for him. said he is going to stick with a ladder stand
