Default fletching

i amm fletching my arrows as we speak and just thought I would ask about how far from the end of the arrow start of nock, does the end of your blazer begin, I was doing it about one inch from that position, any help would help asap.

I use a Graying Jig and line up the back of the feather/blazer on the last hash mark on the clamp. It looks like about an inch! Never had a problem!

anywhere from 1/2" to 1" I usually put mine. Basically as far back as possibloe without it coming in contact with your face for my compound. But the exception to this is when im fletching my arrows for my recurve I actually want my feather to come in contact with my nose at full draw.

Me too - as long as they're all the same.
