Late season info
I was just wondering if anyone out there could give me some input on some good late season tactics. It's too late this seaon but for next year, I would like to be a little more well prepared. A couple of my hunting buddies and I went out about two weeks ago here in Southern Ohio and got completely shut out. It was very disappointing but a good learning experience nonetheless. Once again, if you have any input, it would be greatly appreciated.

RE: Late season info
There are a lot of variables specific to individual areas, but generically : This is going to sound crazy...but hunt the place on your property that's had the least amount of deer activity all year. The stand that everyone quit going to early in season because it stunk!! You know what I mean !! Provided there is a food source ,I have seen deer move into these kind of areas late in the season to avoid hunting pressure. And when all your buddy's get shut out at the hot spots you might be dragging out the big one !! Just a thought !
