Largest rackedbow kill in NC is 165". Largest racked bow kill in my county is 147". 4 Deer entered into P&Y in my county.

Jeff, is that from this year or overall? Where did you go to find those stats? I'd be interested to see what PA and NJ are showing.

That's in the NC record books...lol.

I just happened across them when I was checking on some information.....about our Dixie Deer Classic coming up in March. They list only the records for our state.

In all honesty, though....I've seen some photos of deer that IKNOW would make it....and they're not on there. I'm not sure it's accurate (doubt it)....but it tells a story.

We did have 24 point killed this year, but the yahoo did not have a tag, he bought it after he shot the buck. He got caught

My county averages "less than 5" record book bucks every year. One of the worst counties in the state.

Not everyone cares about entering their bucks in "record books". My location looks great!

I have been down at my dads during hunting season and seen some of the deer killed down there my god are they ever small! Actually there is a camp directly behind his house that is owned by a bunch of guys in Florida. I think the biggest deer I ever seen those guys have was a 100# 4 point! And they thought it was huge.
