Deer meat medium rare off the grill is pretty hard to beat. Wild boar runs a close second. My .02

I eat a lot of deer meat, but a pheasant is hard to beat.

Boy that is a tough one, I love venison. But I had the pleasure of eating elk and moose, both were unbelievably good. I also got to eat alot of wild hog down in Texas. Cooked right it is very delicous. I think it was almost as much fun eating it as it was hunting it.

By far Caribou. And I've eaten a lot of wild game.

Black bear is a second, but no where near 'bou!

I voted Elk:DI really can't imagine anyone voting for Venison over Elk, but I guess everyone's tastes vary[8D]

The elk I shot was incredible, it's hard to imagine a better "wild" animal but I haven't eaten moose and I hear it's better. I voted elk of the ones I've had off that list.
Rob, I think this as most polls come down to what you eat, or use;)At this point there were no votes for Moose and I would definitely consider it one of the top 2.

Elk and Moose, Yummy!!:D
