I had some Canadian Natives give me a pack of moose calf t-bones while fishing in Canada. I have never and don't think will ever have better tasting meat.

They're all "technically" "venison";)

Prepared the way I do it (or anyone who knows what they're doing)......Pork is AWFULLY tough to beat.

These were cooked on indirect heat for +/-12hrs.


What's it gonna take to get invited to dinner? That looks GOOOOOOD.
