What is the best deer target for broadheads??

140 class and up!

I asked this a while ago, VA. I went through a cheap Morrell (YJ) in less than a season.

What I've done is I now use my layered rubber target for BH's. The switch to the Rage head helps with target destruction, too!

I use the cheap river bottom with the insert vitals. Reason being;The insert is cheap and you can repair the body with expansion foam, that is after several years of use. the body holds up well.

Don't by a block, I have one and my 3 blade snuffers don't like it either! Just one season Is all I've had it for at its pretty much shot! Any other ideas on BH targets would be greatly appreciated for me as well.

I agree with burnie, go with the one with the cheapest or easiest to replace vitals. Otherwise shoot at a cardboard target in front of a pile of sand.

How many have we been through in the last 3-4 years? i know of 3 last year alone.

Considering how sharp everyone seems to want to keep their broadheads around here, why would you continue to shoot them at a target once you have determined that each head/arrow is balanced and flying correctly?? Why not just practice with field tips and save yourself sharpening, replacing, etc?
