I constantly practice with broadheadsbecause a broadhead tipped arrow is going to show me if I've got form problems or bow problems waay before a field point tipped arrow. (I really beat up on my bows and have knocked things out of place before, and as for my 'form'... laff.. snicker....well, never mind.)

I know we went through 3 this yr alone. It was always hard to get replacements for them. What about the Glenndell Buck, or the Broadhead Buck?? Anyone know of these? Wallhanger, I never shoot field points, alway broadheads, I have 2 sets of heads, one for practice, one for hunting.

I have personally never had FP and BH that fly the same. So I gave up on the FP and always shoot what I hunt with.

Bob, what do you use for layers. I built one like that back in the 80s that used cardboard. I got sick of cutting cardboard, so I quit using it.

Burnie, I usually shoot 2 arrows and then retrieve.

They are folded insulation sheets. I believe the size is 48"X50'. You only have to make 2 cuts on the 50' side with a box cutter. Can get it at Home Depot for $33. Nice thing is that you can reuse the very top and bottom that don't get much use. So for about $20 you can replace the target.
