Given the right attitude, this thread could acutally be hilarious. WhileI agree, posting word for word quotes, even with the names removed could walk the fine line of "trust" of the PM situation, the general summations and paraphrases can be rather funny.

I personally don't think I've gotten and real hate mail. I've gotten ones that took the discussion a little further than the open board would allow. And I managed to mildly tick a few people off and they let me know, but not in a threatening way.


Couple questionsI have, is "why do you guys save all this stuff?"

Well crap, Ive never gota bad P.M.. I guess I need to start tryinig to piss people off more.

I have a folder in my Outlook called "Hate Mail" for stuff that comes in through HNI from time to time. There's some pretty funny stuff in there. And we got a pretty cool message on our machinea few weeks ago. Some girl with too much time and not enough brains on her hands that liked to use the "f" explative, repeatedly along with wishing that we all died a very horrible death. Humorous, and yet sad at the same time.

Here's one of my favorite e-mail that came in awhile back.

LMAO!! ya know Justin, I never considered that as the administrator you might get some really good stuff from the....how shall we say......NON hunting community....that one is great....

I had a guy about a year ago that wanted to meet me in the worst way......And I ASSURE you it was NOT to have a beer.....He was NOT a happy camper.....

Even moreso than enjoyingthe PM's that I have received over the years... I'd LOVE to have been able to read some of the ones where the stalker actually typed up the whole thing, but never had the stones to hit the "SEND" button.

I don't know if I've ever actually hatemailed anyone, in the true sense of hatemail. I don't think I have. I definitely have sent a few valentines and love notes to my more "serious" stalkers. LMAO Seems like a PM titled "I love you" with pictures of Rainbow Brite and a loving message - really puts them over the edge.

I know I've also sent a few "recommendations" to folks who could use psychiatric drugs or therapy to help them cope with life a little better.
