Exactly and the coyotes are what everyone blames for the deer kill. Here in WVthe bear population is out of control. There are bears literally everywhere. But all you hear here is how the coyotes are killing all the deer. Yes I'm sure the coyotes have an impact also but I feel comfortable saying there are more bears in my area than coyotes.

I once saw a vid of a grizzly chasing down and killing an elk fawn, he must have chased that little guy for over two minutes before the fawn tried to leap a fallen tree's trunk and stumbled. If they'll go to that much trouble for a meal I see no reason why they wouldn't stake out a doe that was about to give birth and snatch the fawn. Like to see those pics too.
