Default Katera Prices

I am trying to find prices on Hoyt Bows. Namely the new Katera. Anybody have an idea or a link to them?

Depending on your dealer, you will probably be paying anywhere between $700-750 for the bare bow.

Jeremy- Thanks...that gives me some breathing room. I had only seen them on e-bay for $565 and then on another site for $1200. How do you like the Drenalin? I am going to look at that bow also this week.

I checked out the Vectrix and it felt real nice. They didn't have a Katera in though. Good luck.

Katera is a sweet shooting bow! Vectrix is nice also but the Katera has a smoother draw.

They have the same cam and limbs. If you are comparing both in the 07 models.

The Katera just has more reflex making it faster so how is it possible for the Katera to have a smoother draw?

Were the ones you tested both pulling the exact draw length AND poundage.

Katera is an 08' model. I beleive he was prolly compairing it to the 07 vectrix not the vectirix plus (08 model) so the cam system would be different. WCL

I have a drealin it's agreat shooting bow, I have take 2 deer with it this season so far. I just got a Drenalin LD and WOW this thing drives tacks.A few FPS slower then the dren but worth it. So if you look at the dern dont forget to look at the LD. The DXT shoots as good as the dren too.

Thanks and I had a typo,I meant to type 08 models.

The Vectrix plus and Katera 08 models are basically the same bow with the vectrix being more forgiving (less reflex).

I drew the 7-37 back today and it is VERY smoothe imo. That looks like the best shooter in the hunting lineup as well.
