I much prefer mornings but....I have time to hunt more afternoons, so that is when I end up hunting[&:]

Well this post has forced me to do a history check and out of 117 deer killed by bow 68 were killed in the A.M. and 49 in the P.M......Personally, I like the afternoons because there is less stress to prepare and get to your setup.

I like the mornings better. I have killed my best deer in the mornings. I always see deer in the evening but just seems like I connect on the bucks in the mornings. I also like to see the woods come alive, on a cold morning its always nice to see the sun come up and smack you in the face.

I'm lazy and hate to get up early so most of my hunting is in the afternoon.

And that sun can warm a cold body and feet so well. It truly is a wondrous time to be in the woods!!!!!

Do yall think more bucks are killed in the a.m or the p.m.? No matter what part of the bow season.

I like mornings. I have a lot of luck in the morning as well. Also when you kill a deer in the morning there is plenty of time to recover it and process it. The other thing is all the people walking, helicopters flying,dogs being walked, golfers playing golf, construction workers pounding on new houses, bulldozers in new subdivisions have all not started yet. Evenings are nice too but tracking in the dark is not as enjoyable to me. I'll take a morning hunt on a nice day over a night hunt usually.
