At least your out there trying!

I took the .243 Browning out this evening to do a little coyote hunting...while I was walking down the old logging road I jumped up 4 Deer
I should have been carrying my Bow instead!

It doesn't suck to be you, you know that. It's all learning. Your one step ahead today. Nothing wrong with putting yourself in perspective either.
Regardless of what anyone says, it's all "luck". Your day is still yet to come.

Well Mike, if its been 15 yrs since you bowhunted than sheet happpens. The more you do it, it becomes automatic without thinking. Don't get me wrong, I screw up every year and I've been bowhunting since '69 but my screw ups have been my lesson that I carry on from one season to the next. Don't expect to go out for the first time in 15 yrs and not expect some stacato.
Good luck.
Bobby
