Popped my ankle playing hoops on Sunday afternoon so I wasn't able to get out that last two nights of the season here. Their having an extended hunt in the Metro but I'm leaving for Vail on Wed and need to rest my ankle if I even want to think about trying to snowboard.So unfortunetly my season is over.
Seeing mostly slickheads lately, but if I put my time in.....

We have until the end of January and I'm still hunting and seeing deer...mostly does. I'd like to take two more this year just for freezer meat, but would also be content with just the buck I took earlier in the year.

here in florida the rut hasnt even started yet. Havent been out to the deer stand here since I got back from the property in Kansas. Shot a 7 point and a doe dec 2 in Kansas @ Jan 15 archery season kicks back in down here so I will hunt until mid february when the bass pre spawn starts. I love some bass fishin as well as deer hunting. Good luck to all as yalls seasons close out.
