Playing with my Christmas present so...Hows my form?

First off I see that your left shoulder is too high and tight and too much hand in the bow. You need to rotate the left arm so that your hand is approx. 45 degrees to the grip. This should let the shoulder drop down and get the palm of your hand out of the bow.
Second thing I see real easy is that the release is too long. At least an inch. This has your right arm over extended which casues the right elbow to be lower than the hand. Do you see where your second knucle is just nder the ear lobe? That's where the next knuckle should be--the one where the finger joins the hand. It's partly about feel, but you should shoot a release with the trigger no farther forward than the first joint of the trigger finger when at full draw.
Also, you could loosen up on the wrist sling. It should not be tight as this induces torque.
You should probably shorten the loop a bit, too. This should help with your right arm being overextended. The loop only need be long enough so your release does not touch the arrow nock.
Maybe shorten the bow's draw length about 1/2". It doesn't look terrible, but all the overextension has you leaning back at the hips. Shortening everything up a little should let you stand up straighter and balance your weight on both feet better.
Like I said, not terribly bad. Just a couple little things that make it appear worse than it is.

bg has done a good job but I would add that your draw may or may not be long, try the changes first,ESPECIALLY the release.I believe the anchor will change enough(lower) and along with the front shoulder coming down that it might be fine as is.Can't know for sure untill the changes are made.
Get rid of the kisser and forget the peep for now(if you want to put it back on later, that is your choice but I hate them),I believethe peepwill have to be moved.
Try and make sure the shoulder loads back into position and doesn't work up as yours is doing in the picture.
fisher pretty much covered it all.
