It has a couple of wet weather creeks and one that has water "most" of the time. The past couple of years have been real dry so no water in it right now

jmbuck are you going to sit it up where you gun hunt one half and bow hunt the other. thats what i'm going to do when i'm able to buy about 40-60 acers, that way i'll keep the pressure off the deer and the deer have to be a certan size can't wait till that day comes and good luck to on your new land .
