The feeder is chocked full of corn
. They are def. looking for something to eat. Hopefully (fingers crossed) the g/f got me a digital trail cam. for Christmas, I'll post pics from the feeder after Christmas, if you're interested? I'm hoping that there are some nice deer visiting my feeder. This area is less than a mile from the Ford place LOL..

I don't know what your personal views on baiting are.....but I can tell ya.....THAT would be a kick ass time to be baiting whitetails.
Jan-Feb.......and baiting allowed?????? Bucks....does....all of 'em will be looking for a good food source during that time. Good luck.

Nope. Bucks can be taken, too.
NCHunter.....letme know if you:
1. Want someone to tag along that will ONLY shoot a doe
or
2. Need to get rid of some venison. I have a family I donate venison to that (I just found out) has THIRTEEN children (I thought it was 12).

If I can come up with some more property then I def. will remember you guys. As far as meat, I've passed up alot of deer this season b/c I couldn't find anyone to give the meat too, (I've killed 4 deer so far, I don't anymore). Jeff, should I kill one that I would like to donate what is the procedure? I'll skin and quarter, then what?
