ahhh woke up this morning and like every day, opened the blind to see what its like out...sure enough everything is coated in ice. now it seems to be just raining....isnt nearly as bad as your pics, but we got some of it...

still waiting on the email saying my final for this morning is put off till later...for some reason i just dont feel like doing my speech

Wow! That really sucks! We are getting just rain here in southern Pa. I would take all the firewood you got if not so far away!Sorry again about your misfortune. If you need anything shoot me a Pm. Even if its something small like batteries or something by mail!

Well, finally got power back. I was using a generator to run a couple of space heaters and the computer for a while until a spike knocked out my modem. The space heaters were able to keep the house a balmy 55 degrees most of the time. Now I have to check the forum at work during breaks to keep updated. It was a once in a lifetimeexperience (hopefully) but they are forecasting more freezing rain and snow for this weekend. By the time I got power back, ended up having a nasty head cold. I had limbs and trees continue to break until Tuesday when the temperature got above freezing. I will be back in the stand by Saturday come heck or high water. I've been going through withdrawls.
