NOT having to "go" while hunting???????

i drink alot...its a habit i formed to help prevent kidney stones since i had something like 4 now and im only 20...dr said the more i go the better...so im always drinking as much as i can...
doing the other deed, well...lets just say theres a roll of TP in the truck and a good wad in my pack...not that i have to use it frequently...just one of them things i rather have and not need than need and not have...only remember one time having to go #2 while bowhunting in 2 years...hit me like a freight train...i dont think ive ever climbed down that fast...still scheming up a way to drop bombs from the Viper
feel bad for any passerbys as i am dumping from 20ft in the air lol...
on a normal bowhunt, i usually take a wizz at the truck before hiking in, and then go once from the stand mid morning...every morning...depending on how long i plan to stay depends on how much water i bring...usually have 2 gatorade bottles full for a hour before daylight to 11am or so sit...and its usually mostly gone before im done...usually keep more in the truck and try to keep it fresh...never know when a long drag is gunna leave me thirsty...
never had the pee from the stand effect anything...i clear a patch of leaves at the bottom of my tree just to wizz into...and ive had deer directly under my stand..

Yea when you do them all day sits, things like this can and will happen. If I sit all day i'll bring aplastic bottle with to take a leak in. The night before the all day sit i'll eat low fat food so it don't go right on through meleaving me with that problem. Otherwise a big zip lock bag works for that scenario. It sucks but you do what you've got to do to keep your area some what scent free.

I do a lot of all day sits on stand (especially during the rut). My morning ritual is pretty regular and I get the #2 out of the way 99% of the time. The other 1% of the time?........you should read my thread about my grunt tube sometime [:-]
. Anyway, I'll take a leak if I have to from my stand. Not sure how you can sit from sunrise to sunset without having to at least take a leak.

It's simple, if you don't eat and you don't drink, then you won't have to relieve yourself
I sat a few 11 hour days this year in an 18" X 24" tree stand and no I didn't have to go

I pee frommy stand nearly every time I hunt. Especially on those cold morings when I get the chills. #2 I almost never go in the woods. I can usually wait until I get back or go before I head out.

The worst possible scenario is a complete routine change, suddenly up at 3:30 to get ready for a hunt when your body doesn't usually get up for another 4hrs.........combined with 18 Hot wings and some left over chili.
I made it though! (againI sincerelyapologize to the staff of the little BBQ place off I57
)
That kept my #2 streak of not having issues in the woods alive.
Now my buddy Frank (KIDD642) He's another story. LOL He'll have a spaz for me telling this story but who cares.
4yrs ago we're hunting in IL about 200yds apart on a ridge surrounding a big cornfield. Frank had been having a ROUGH week with some stomach thing worse than his usual bathroom destruction.
One cold morning I get settled in to my stand in the dark, and I'm waiting for Frank to break in on the 2 way radio to let me know he's OK and settled in himself because he's not a gravity friendly sort of guy and not wild about heights. So first light comes and goes and I'm getting a little concerned so I break radio silence:
(Me) "Frank, are you out there?"
(Frank)"Yeah"
(Me) " Everything OK over there?"
(Frank) "No I had an accident"
at which point I'm almost jumping out of my stand to see if he's alright.....
(Me) " Oh my god are you alright are you hurt!?"
(Frank) "Not that kind of accident"
[:-]
Turns out the treestand was frosted over and he didn't make the transition from climbing stick to stand very gracefully and slipped between the platform and the support cable scaring the .......well you know what out of him. LOL And the rest is forever funny story history.
My favorite part was hearing that he had to wash out the inside of his boots. I giggle everytime.

matt, the washing the inside of the boots part put tears in my eyes...im dying. thats too much....
NYB, i think you might need to retale the tale...just for the newer guys
thats another classic...
ive never had any "accidents" but boy, ive went running many times. one trout opener i had a PBJ sandwhich and a coffee for breakfast on the 3hr ride to the mountains with dad...we are going down a dirt road in the ANF not minutes from our starting point and 15 minutes before legal fishing time..enough time to get the waders and vest on and hit the water...i yelled "pull over!!" grabbed ALL the napkins from dads truck and took off RUNNING. he was dying..i could hear him laughing the whole time...only thing was, there wasnt a tree or bush big enough to hide me from the road for 100+yds..closest thing was a tiny shed type thing...hope noone used it for a while...i made it as far back from it as i could so the passing trucks couldnt see me, but i didnt make it TOO far from that little shed lol...dad still brings up that story...and now when i ask for napkins in his truck, i dont get them all....he wasnt happy when i didnt bring ANY at all back and took all of them from his truck lol...
