What deer see best of all is movement. No matter what camo you have or if you have any at all.

Just from my own expierences or beleifs i think deer can pick out a orange broke up camo outfit a heck of alotbetter then a regular broke up camo outfit. I do beleive there somewhat color blind but not 100% color blind.I know they can pick up on bright colors easier then dull colors, i've seen that first hand, most people have seen that first hand! This argument has been going on for years. You think with all the technology today they would know by now and be 100% positive about it instead of guessing and thinking they know. One can only wonder I guess!

So are weharvesting only deer that can't see colors in the red light spectrum? and allowing those deer that have better color vision to survive? Another 40 years of hunter orange and we'll have to come up with a new safety program...

Exactly! I don't use camo(I do paint my face to take theshine off).I wear plaid flannel or wool shirts and green or brown wool pants.I had 2 6pts and an 8pt in spitting distance from a 10ft ladder standI was hunting from.
