Got another 40 acres of prime land to hunt on!
#1

Just talked to the farmer who lets me hunt on his land....I was talking to him about some other land he owns...found out he owns a 40 that has creek running through it. He said his brother in law hasn't bowhunted it for a few years so I asked if I could hunt that too...He said I could...I am so pumped!! can't asked for anything better than a creek bottom...I think I am going to let me brother or brother in law hunt it with me too since I now have 2 40's to hunt plus about 200 more private land to hunt on....

Congratulations man. I wish it was that easy to find good hunting land down here. Our farm doesn't have any trees, but some hunters bought some land next to us and put in CRP a couple of years ago. Maybe the combination of their woods and our corn and soybeans can drawthem out of the woods.
Good luck on the new land.

Congratulations..I don't know what I would do with myself if I had land of my own....best thing I could ever wish for....nothing material, just land to enjoy with my family.

I just picked up another 50 acres myself that is adjacent to my honey hole area. An area I've always wanted access to. The guy who just bought it told me it's mine, exclusively.
