You mean Bowtech took a step forward this year? What did they do.... finally make limbs that don't snap in half? Ya, I USED to shoot a Bowtech (for 4 days anyways), then had a limb snap in half and about got a cam lodged in my skull. And it took there service department 8 weeks to replace it. So the HELL with them, I switched, but maybethe deer I shot with my Mathews are offended to be killed with such a piece of crap, should I just "pretend" to shoot them instead? Maybe just leave it in the truck and take my camera? goherd,,,I bet my Mathews can kill deer in our state of Illinois just as well as your Bowtechsux, and I will even bet you that I cantake my piece of crap over priced Mathews to New Mexico and blow through a Elk at 63 yards and a Mule deer at 43. The point is.......some like Mathews, others Hoyt, and others, they ALL kill animals, why must you Bowtech fans cry and whine about the lack of upgrades that Mathews DIDN'T make...you people shoot Bowtech why do you care?

All kidding aside because you Mathews crybabies are so defensive and tout them as the best thing since sliced bread. I guess you feel you have justify your repolished leftover bow that they give a fancy new name and add a damper or two and call it new and innovative. And then all the Mathews boys go ooooohhhh, ahhhhhhh and chant the Mathews chant then trip over their tongues to rush out and buy it. I said Mathews makes a nice bow, but they haven't come up with anything as far as real changes since the Switchback. At least Bowtech has the nads to try something different and try to give the people what they ask for instead of selling newly polished left over turds and then telling you you'll like it. That's basically what they have done. You guys are sooooooo gullible to the Mathews marketing machine it really borders on ridiculous.

You might try reading my ENTIRE post...I bought a brand NEW Bowtech, and 4 days later I had the top limb crack in half and the cam about took my head off. And I won't even mention there sorry @ss customer service. Since when does it take Mathews 8 weeksto ship or fix something under warrenty........Never.

I don't buy into the "new and improved" market side of it, I shoot the LX.I go by what I shoot best and which company stands by there product, and that doesn't happen to be a Bowtech. I am glad you Bowtech owners are happy with your gear, if it works for you, great. But might I remind ALL of you that it was a Bowtech owner "trolling" onthe Mathews site, and for what,just to start thisyearly debateall over again.

Probably because these rumours were started by Mathews owners afraid their product was falling the the top of the list.

Seriously every time somone has posted a story about the so-called cracked or busted limbs they NEVER produce a picture of proof. I'm sure it has happened to some Bowtech owners and Hoyt and Mathews owners as well. The difference between Bowtech guys and Mathews owners is that we are atleast honest and respectful enough to give Mathews credit for making good products you (solocam) just bash.

You like your Mathews fine go ahead and shoot it, kill deer with it. But I sugest you go back and read your one post that talks about killing a deer in Illinois and then come back and honestly say who looks like the crybaby here.


I can't answer for anyone else, but I'm not brand loyal. I have looked at and shot Mathews bows. Dissappointed because they haven't in my opinion given me any reason to look at them this year. I think they dropped the ball. Simple not bashing , just giving my input on a thread started for just that reason.....INPUT.
