yeah especially if your a mathews shooter.Just kidding! I'm not impressed with their line up either. I think Mathews makes great bows, but it seems them and Hoyt both took a step backwards this year. It's a good thing Mathews knows how to advertise. That will keep them competitive.

Judging a bow by it's looks is futile, like saying a Mustang GT is just like a Cobra. Gotta drive it to feel the difference.

Actually, the fact that I presently shoot a Mathews makes no difference. Point is, what possible benefit do any of us get from immature clowns coming in and saying Brand "X" sucks when they have no facts and have not even ever held a certain bow, let alone shot one.[:'(](comment isnot directed at you, PA Buckhuntr). I want real information and shooting impressions from serious bowhunters. I keep an open mind when it comes to equipment. When I purchased my Switchback, I thought is was the best FOR ME at the time. I may very well end up with a Marquis this year. If I had a closed mind like some folks, then I'd never shoot one. BTW: also going to hopefully shoot the General, Airbourne 101, Truth 2, DXTand the new offering from High Country. How do you know you are spending your money wisely and getting the best for it if you aren't willing to spend the research time? Best regards.

Guys honestly, this thread really doesnt' need to have bashing in it. Why not keep that in PM's to eachother? Honestly, it gets quite old........the bows out there these days are so close in comparison that the biggest difference will ALWAYS be the shooter behind it.

Guys, I'm just havin' a little fun here. It's so easy to ruffle the feathers of you mathews guys....Always so defensive. trust me guys, I have been around bows and bowhunting long enough to know that all the bows made by the top manufacturers are of high quality. It's just always so easy to pick on you mathews guys because you get so flustered and defensive. Hell, I have people in my family that shoot mathews bows and I give them a hard time as well. It's all in fun, besides that's what keeps the market competitive. No hard feelings here.

I shot the DXT today and must say that it’s a nice shooting bow. If I was into short bows I would buy one. I would have to agree with RJ on his review. I still plan on getting a Drenalin LD, I love the 37-38” ATA bows. I just have to decide camo or black.
