There is no scenario I can think of in NC that would warrant someone doing this. Too easy to get unlimited doe tags for oneself.

ORIGINAL: Schultzy

What bugs me iswhen people buy deer licenses that don't even hunt. Example, a 90 year old man buying a bow hunting or rifle license, 9 times out of 10 he's not out there hunting. Someone in his family is the filling the tag for themselves. Alot of gun hunters in my area do this and it pisses me off!!!
i know this happens alot, schultzy, but SOMETIMES the old timers buy that license out of "tradition", or so they can tell themselves they might go ouy this year, etc.. you know what i mean?
i got a few ol timers i know that wouldnt THINK of tagging a deer for someone else, don't hunt anymore, but buy thier license so they feel like theyre still in the game. kinda like an old lion still roaring, just to see if he can, knowwhutimean?

Its legal here in WI, and I would have absolutely no problem helping someone out.
