Those "Blinds" are rediculous. They are like their own little elevated cabin. They even have plush stools to sit on. That is pathetic. Hunting is all about the great outdoors. Not shooting a deer out the window of a cabin.

Just an example of people having more money than sense. With all the outfitters around here, i see this crap all the time. I love when the rich guys come from Dallas and shoot a buck, then show up at our local Conoco with a deer in their truck. They step out with every bell and whistle Bass Pro Shop has to offer, while reeking of cologen. They set up in an elevated blind with a heater and waited for a deer to show up to its feeding station. I dont let it bother me, i just get a chuckle out of it.


Not that I think killing an animal in a pen is wrong, thats what ranchers do, but to brag about how you hunted it, is a joke. A good joke. I laugh every time I hear it.

Those "Blinds" kind of put NYbowhunters delapitated barn to shame don't they. LOL From looking at the different year photo albums, they're killing a lot less than they did a couple years ago. They say they have 10 or was it 11 blinds. LOL All they need to do is open the barn and herd your deer in front of you. I won a trip to a place in PA a few years ago. The guy that ran the place had a couple decent(big by most standards) deer in a pen. We came in from hunting one day and they were gone. We ask what gives. He said someone paid him something like $7,000 for the two of them. They probably each ended up as a $10,000 hunt in Paradice.[:'(][:'(]

Theres a place close to here that only has a 500 acre pen!
