[:@]In all seriousness, I would be more prone to shoot you, the guy with the spotlight out at night with a bow. Jesus,what are you thinking...to even ask such a question makes it obvious that you would possibly take that risk. Then you, as a person, comes into question as far as being ethical as well as legal. Not someone I would associate with either.

In NY its not even legal to carry a spotlight with any hunting implament in the vehicle. This scenario would never occur, atleast not in my vehicle!

i would shoot it i realy have a good set up its a 1mill candle power light that hooks right on the bottem of my bow so yea i probly wouldnt think twice about it

In wisconsin you cant even have an emtpy shell in your vehicle if you possess a spotlight even with out a weapon. Hell you cant even have an arrow in you vehicle.

I remember seeing a show a few years ago where Texas Game Wardens would put a really lifelike decoy on the side of the road where they had problems and video taped it all. Got to say it was hilarious. Especially the guy that kept on shooting because the buck wouldn't go down.
